Terms and Conditions for The Abbey House: A Bed & Breakfast

1. Reservation Policy: All reservations are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
2. Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is between 3:00 PM and 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability and additional charges.
3. Payment: A valid credit card is required to guarantee and secure your reservation. Payment will be processed upon booking. We accept major credit cards.
4. Cancellation Policy:
   1. Cancellation Period: We require a minimum of 72 hours (3 days) notice prior to the scheduled arrival date to cancel without incurring a cancellation fee.
   2. Cancellation Fees: If a reservation is canceled within the specified cancellation period, no cancellation fee will be charged, and any pre-paid deposit or charges will be refunded. If a reservation is canceled outside of the specified cancellation period, a cancellation fee equivalent to one night’s room rate plus tax will be charged to the credit card provided at the time of booking.
   3. No-Shows: In the event of a no-show, a cancellation fee equivalent to the total reservation amount for the entire stay will be charged to the credit card on file.
   4. Early Departures: Guests who check out before the originally scheduled departure date will be charged for the full duration of the reservation.
   5. Reservation Modifications: Changes to reservation dates, including early departures, within the specified cancellation period are subject to availability and may be subject to rate adjustments.
   6. Refunds: Refunds for cancellations will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original form of payment.
   7. Special Events and Holidays: During peak seasons, special events, and holidays, alternative cancellation policies may apply.
   8. To request a cancellation or for any questions regarding our cancellation policy, please contact the host.
5. Pet Policy: Pets are not allowed in the guest rooms. Please contact us for information on local pet accommodations.
6. Damages and Lost Items: Guests will be held responsible for any damage to the property caused by them or their guests. The Abbey House is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
7. Privacy Policy: We respect your privacy. Personal information provided during the reservation process will be handled with utmost confidentiality and will not be shared with third parties.
8. Liability: The Abbey House is not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur on the premises. Guests use our facilities at their own risk.
9. Changes to Terms and Conditions: The Abbey House reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. The terms and conditions in effect at the time of booking will apply.
10. Guest Acknowledgment: By making a reservation at The Abbey House Bed & Breakfast, you acknowledge and agree to abide by these terms and conditions.
